Cocoa Banana Walnut Protein Pancakes!

Ingredients that you will need:

1/2 banana, mashed

1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats

3/4 Cup liquid egg whites/5 egg whites

1 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa powder

2 TBSP walnut pieces

Mix all ingredients in a bowl by hand.  Pour into pan sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.  Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or to your liking.  Enjoy!

Healthy, Quick, Delicious Banana Walnut Protein Pancakes

Here is a great breakfast recipe that I recently shared with my family while I was visiting them in Florida!  The ingredients you will need are:

1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats

1/2 Banana, mashed

3/4 Cup Liquid egg whites

1/8 Cup Walnuts pieces

Dash of cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.  Pour into a nonstick pan on medium heat.  Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.  Enjoy topped with Organic Agave Nectar or a bit of real maple syrup.  So easy to make!  Take it with you, and enjoy it plain!
