Cocoa Banana Walnut Protein Pancakes!
Ingredients that you will need:
1/2 banana, mashed
1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
3/4 Cup liquid egg whites/5 egg whites
1 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa powder
2 TBSP walnut pieces
Mix all ingredients in a bowl by hand. Pour into pan sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or to your liking. Enjoy!
