Update!!!

Good Morning! This past weekend I traveled to Chicago to emcee the Fitness America Midwest Championships!!! This was my very first time emceeing a competition. I have been on the stage as a competitors, at the table judging different categories such as bikini, model and figure before, but never as an emcee! I was a little nervous, but Lorrie I. really helped me! The athletes that came to compete, looked great, and the judges really had their work cut out for them. Congratulations to everyone that stepped on stage! You are all winners, and deserve recognition for your accomplishment! I worked with a great crew there, Melissa S, Jamie R, Lorrie I,  Melissa J,  Ray R, and Stacey S, THANK YOU all for making me feel so at home, and providing non stop laughs and fun!!!

Thank you SO MUCH to Stacy Stengel for giving me this FUN opportunity! I LOVE working with her, and her crew because they put on such a great show, that is truly FOR THE ATHLETES. I plan to host a FAP GREAT NORTH seminar sometime in the spring, and would love to continue being part of the “family”!!!

Back here, we had some athletes competing in the NPC North Star. I want to say a special CONGRATULATIONS to the following Perfectly Prepared/Fit & Sassy gals!  Rachel Morrisey, 1st Place Bikini Medium, Nikki Westphal, 3rd Place Bikini Medium, EleAnn Mullholland, 2nd Place Bikini Medium, Nu Lee, 3rd Place Bikini Short, and Julie Joyce, Bikini Short Class.  And THANK YOU to all of the PP/F& S gals that were there to support them and cheer them on!!! Wish I could have been there for this event!

Next up, I have several Perfectly Prepared clients competing at the NANBF Northern States Natural Classic , October 22nd in Elk River. I will be there with my stylists getting my gals ready to step on stage!  So, please come out and support these amazing ladies, and help them celebrate their journey to the stage!!!
