I had a great time in New York working the ALR Industries booth! We had a blast! I got to see Krissy Chin compete, she is such a sweetie! I also got to watch my friend, JulieAnn Kulla make her Pro debut at the New York Pro, take 2nd place, and qualify for the Olympia! Best wishes to her!

I just got a photo of my suit back from Tamara Oakley, the bikini guru! It is gorgeous, and I cant wait to wear it on stage! She was so wonderful to work with, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a suit!

Contest prep is going well for me! I am currently 3 weeks out from my first show, the NPC Midwest Muscle Classic, and 7 weeks out from my second show, the NPC North Star! I look forward to both shows! I cant wait to step on stage again, this time with a much improved physique! The prep has gone by so fast, and I cant believe that I am on the home stretch! I will put up the show posters for additional information!
